About the project
In mid 2015 I was invited by Guto Requena to create an interactive playscape at the Stella Artois Bar at the CasaCor 2015 event in Sao Paulo. I teamed up with a wonderful collective each one a specialist in their field. Within a two week period we created an installation that reflects online human emotions in real time by prjecting as a virtual 3D map on two large walls. This data, along with a hearbeat sensor at the bar was also used to guide the generative procedural audio software that created a real time emotion sountrack. The space was hosted by one of the CasaCor sponsors, Stella Artois, and was also serving as an exhibition area curated by Guto Requena.
My role was the the design of the sound composing software and the hardware sensor interface as well as the production of the technology team.
I had the pleasure of working with a great team of people and I believe that in a very short time we managed to create a very memorable experience.
